  • Location needs some work & cleaning - several red flags as to why we will not consider this location -- Floors were dirty & in need of replacement or steam cleaning. There were several large trash cans just left in the hallways with no one around cleaning - this would be a risk to the residents. The medication room floor was peeling up & in need of replacement but also there was trash left on the floor - example mediation paper cups crushed & on the floor. Seems to be just lazy not to pick up the trash. The dining room people seemed happy. the food smelled good but there was liquid on the floor by the self service beverage station - again a risk to the residents - and while taking the guided tour, we saw the exit door close to the dining area again having 2 large trash cans and the cleaning cart with brooms & mop in the exit area that would be an issue in the event of needing to use that exit area. Also during the tour - 2 additional red flags - a Sara Lee bread sales guy stopped [name removed] and was asking for payment for past due bills so they had a conversation about that while we are standing there and then in kitchen area, an employee stopped us & told [name removed]that he NEEDED To talk to her ASAP - he was for sure no happy about something.

  • Disappointed

I have my Mom currently in this facility and I have reserved judgement because it has a neat appearance and has seemed clean until the last 6 mos to 8 mos. The food is ridiculous and needs to improve ! I asked along time ago to speak with an administrator and that never happened. This place is owned by Capital Senior Living and I have requested a corporate contact reach out to me.
