Welcome to Shawnee Hills Senior Living, a new concept in senior living in Shawnee, Kansas. The Community is conveniently located off of West 63rd Street and Maurer Road with direct access to Highway 435 and Shawnee Mission Parkway. Shawnee Hills is located directly north of the Shawnee Station Shopping Center, which includes over one million square feet of shopping and restaurants.

Our goal at Shawnee Hills Senior Living is to exceed each of our Residents individual needs while maintaining the highest level of choice, dignity, privacy and respect. Our concept of affordable luxury living accompanied by our unique 24 hour resident concierge services and amenities, assures our resident that their specific needs will be met while maintaining their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Shawnee Hills amenities include a sky lounge, coffee bistro, fitness and therapy center, elegant dining room and private dining, a library, theater, computer center, and other community areas for you to enjoy an active and social lifestyle. Our residents enjoy these features along with our At Your Service dining which allows you to eat as often as you like during normal dining room hours. We take great pride in the innovative programming provided daily, scheduled private car and community bus transportation 7 days a week.     We chose Shawnee Hills because of the value for the money and the location of the facility as well, it was close to her house that she sold. It is a newer place but the least expensive. The apartment sizes here are excellent. She is very happy and I would recommend to others looking.

    We chose Shawnee Hills because of the value for the money and the location of the facility as well, it was close to her house that she sold. It is a newer place but the least expensive. The apartment sizes here are excellent. She is very happy and I would recommend to others looking.

    My mother was 84 when she moved to Shawnee Hills. Prior to her moving in I spoke to, texted, and e-mailed [name removed] (Director of Sales & Marketing). That title is a fancy title. She is just [name removed]. She was so helpful, patient, and kind to myself, the son of my mother. Then she had my mother in for a a tour and lunch. Needless to say my mother moved in. This place is very new, but not nearly as expensive as others. My mother is having so much fun. She is dressing up for dinners. She is taking pictures of the people and her place. I am so grateful how easy the transition was, and I am amazed how genuine [name removed] and the rest of the workers are. I would recommend this place for anyone, if I were not so young, I would move there myself.
