  • put this community on the top of your list

The community is very active and tries hard to keep everyone active even during covid. I would like to see more communication from the staff. Based on my experience I would recommend this community to others.

  • My experience, I would absolutely recommend

In the beginning our loved one was in the assisted living and that experience would be about a three out of five, and now our loved one is in memory care and that experience so far is a five out of five. Despite our limited experience because of the restrictions our loved one is adjusting very nicely into the memory care.

  • Atria is more for independent individuals and not skilled nursing care

It is an older building so the community is not as bright and shiny, but it is well kept. The staff members we did meet with were nice. The actual care our loved one received while she was there was decent, but the problem was their communication. They did not seem to keep us informed with anything regarding our loved one, we were the ones constantly reaching out asking questions. We asked them initially what the difference was between assisted living and memory care and they said pretty much nothing. However that was not the case, there is only one director on the memory care side and they have very strict and limited visiting hours which iwas an inconvenience for our family.
