At Eden Memory Care in Cypress, Texas, we’ve taken a global-centric approach and incorporated evidenced-based Alzheimer's and dementia research into our built environment — all to make our community one of the most dementia friendly communities in the industry. We chose to build a 16-bed facility for a reason. Research has shown that people with memory impairment tend to get lost in larger facilities, which can cause anxiety and frustration and may make residents feel a loss of independence and dignity.
In a smaller community, it is much easier for them to find their room on their own. Our goal is to provide the ideal environment where residents can function to their full potential with dignity, independence, and choice. We are an owner-operated memory care community, where family members have 24/7 access to the owner and the executive director to express any needs or concerns at any time.
Community Services and Amenities
We believe in fostering an environment where residents have the opportunity to thrive everyday with essential amenities and programs. Our community curates an atmosphere where residents are stimulated with a variety of activities, like crafting, playing games, singing songs, watching movies, and so much more. Residents enjoy tasty meals in our dining rooms. Our meals and snacks are considerably nutritious and best known for supporting brain health and healthy aging.
Residents and their families can always trust that we do our best every moment to genuinely tend to the needs of every resident in our community. All of our caregivers are thoroughly selected and trained to support the individual needs of each resident — always with compassion, dignity, and safekeeping. We not only meet state’s standards in memory care, we exceed them, ensuring we do all we can to improve resident quality of life with our innovative services.
Living Options
Our close knit community features studio, one-bedroom, and semi-private units. Common areas are accessible and in proximity to all units. Staff conduct housekeeping and linen services regularly, allowing residents more time to enjoy their day. We are always on campus 24/7 to attend to any immediate needs.
