  • Good experience, would recommend

    We went with Westhaven because she liked the kitchen, it has a stove so she can cook her own meals if she wants to which a lot didn't. The apartment she has is a little on the smaller side for her and her things. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. The bus drivers are great as well. I would recommend to others looking.

    The Westhaven is an amazing place. My grandmother loves that place and the staff our great. The new management staff goes out of their way to help as much as possible. They refreshed the elevator and the building and it looks amazing now. Since the new executive director has taken over the place has sure turned around. The staff seem to be working more in sync. I'm so happy my grandmother is around people that care.

    Great Place

    The Westhaven is an amazing place. My grandmother loves that place and the staff our great. The new management staff goes out of their way to help as much as possible. I'm so happy my grandmother is around people that care.

  • Look elsewhere

    They have mice. We caught one the other night in our parent’s suite after chasing a couple. Called the office for assistance but got no help. The food is awful. They don’t help in emergencies. They watch residents die.
