Before we hire a caregiver on our staff-- we conduct rigorous interviews and examine references that helps us to identify candidates.
At Acti-Kare, our mature caregivers are not only well-trained, but they are genuinely passionate about their work. They see providing care and support to others as a calling. After they are hired--we ensure that each of our caregivers is extensively trained, not only on how to administer personal care but also on how to better socially relate to seniors.

It all happens before they are placed in your home--When we bonded and insured our caregiver, it means that we professionally reviewed, conducted through background checks, elder abuse clearances, drug tests, and completed the required training and found them to be a trustworthy, reliable investment.

We understand how important it is to provide a senior with the right caregiver, which is why we listen to each family’s needs and match them with a caregiver whose skill set and strengths best suit the senior's needs, match their personality and lifestyle. And we aim to bring our clients the same caregiver every time. Also, we always have emergency call services available even if it’s the last minute we have qualified caregivers available to fill in.

We can provide care at a nursing home, assisted living facility, or even at the hospital. Wherever home is, even if it’s only temporary, we can provide care at that location.
