Ashford Landing is a senior housing complex in the Brookhaven suburb of Atlanta, which is located in western DeKalb County, Georgia. Brookhaven features a historic area, an urban town center, many safe residential neighborhoods, and numerous restaurants. The area offers close access to Atlanta through I-285 and I-85, but many residents might not find the need to visit the city with all that Brookhaven has to offer. Ashford Landing is close to downtown and the major shopping centers. It is a modern complex located next to the PATH station that includes 117 one and two bedroom 55 apartments.

The dedicated apartment managers have each unit priced affordably, and they accept HADC Elderly (62+) vouchers for those who meet the income qualifications. Ashford Landing offers several floor plans that include 1 BR/1 BA, 2 BR/1 BA, and 2 BR/2 BA units. The apartment homes range in size from 688 to 1079 square feet. The property managers take care of maintenance of the apartments and have on-call services for emergencies.

  • A wonderful place to live

    Ashford Parkside has exceeded my expectations. The facilities are excellent and extremely well maintained. The complex is a warm, multicultural community where anyone and everyone can feel comfortable. The major factor in making Ashford Parkside a great place to live is it's staff. [Removed] who is in charge of the property runs a tight, friendly ship. She balances strong and firm management skills with compassion and understanding for the residents. Her staff, and I wish I had the space to name all of them from maintenance, Dwight to [Removed], janitorial engineering are approachable and efficient. The front desk staff are always eager to assistant you with serious or even barely consequential matters. The neighborhood is warm and friendly and there are supermarkets in walking distance. The facility is safe and secure and I have no fear or security anxiety.
