Our well trained and Level 2 screened referred caregivers will provide Personal Care, Homemaker, Respite, Live-In, Companion, Sitter, Run errands, Escort/Travel companion to and from: Doctors' appointments, Shopping trips, Social events, Family gathering, etc...
They will provide to your love ones the extra attention beyond care that they deserve to make them feel at ease and to give you the peace of mind you were looking for.

At AVENUE SUPPORTIVE CARE, we do not have a 4-hour Minimum and we fulfill Live-in request. At AVENUE SUPPORTIVE CARE, we accept ALL COMMERCIAL insurances, Long Term Care insurance, MEDICAID/HMO (which only few agencies do) and our private pay rate is the lowest.

  • Outstanding Staff & Service

    I don't usually leave comment online for company, but I think it was important to say thank you to the staff at Avenue Supportive Care in public. They went beyond and above to care for my 82 years old father during this pandemic. We were stock in another state (where we live) however we had peace of mind because of the outstanding care that my father received from Avenue Supportive. We did NOT ask, but they used their own devices to do video calls so my dad and us can see and interact with each other. They treated him like their own father. The caregivers and the office staff were very supportive. My family and I appreciated everything they have done. We will stick with them as long as my dad needs homecare.

    I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff at Avenue Supportive Care during this pandemic for the love and compassion they have shown toward my 83 years old mom.     Great People!

    I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff at Avenue Supportive Care during this pandemic for the love and compassion they have shown toward my 83 years old mom. When we could not visit my mom, they were there daily to ensure that she was well taken care of. They scheduled video calls with their own devices for her, so we can see her and interact with her.
