Our community is a non-profit organization — with a mission to improve the quality of life of everyone at Aviva. We succeed in our mission by providing diligent assistance with daily tasks, maintaining comfortable living arrangements, and fostering a wholesome environment where community members are well connected.
Our convenient location provides residents and their visitors the luxury to visit such attractions as the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, sea turtles at Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium, shopping at St. Armands Circle, and so much more. Our lively city is considered a great place for its weather, food, and recreation — making it simply a paradise for retirement.
Community Services and Amenities
Aviva offers an array of services and amenities for residents to take advantage of. Whether it’s getting a new haircut at our on-site barbershop and salon or taking a walk around campus, Aviva has what residents need to feel right at home. We also have a state-of-the-art fitness center and coordinate engaging events every day. Residents enjoy three, delicious meals made daily. Residents are also free to enjoy the three golf courses near our campus at The Meadows Country Club.
We maintain a wellness center right on campus that offers routine health assessments, pharmacy delivery, first aid, and personalized wellness programs for every resident. We aim to best meet the health and wellness needs of all our residents. And always, our well-trained staff are qualified to provide assistance with daily tasks through our continuum of care program.
Living Arrangements
Aviva is happy to offer prospective residents choices, from comfortable studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and semi-private floor plans. All of our units feature a full kitchen, walk-in closets, weekly housekeeping and linen services, secure storage area, and utilities, so residents never have to worry about an additional bill or the hassles of everyday chores.
