Conveniently located near I-95 and I-295, this community offers an environment where residents can experience personalized memory care services and dementia-friendly activities in a secure and comfortable setting. Consistent care assignments are given, which allows each staff member to learn about residents' unique histories and needs. Whether it’s meals, care, or activities, here, you will enjoy a customized experience. Trained staff is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to an emergency. Additionally, the community incorporates an abundance of safety features, like an emergency alert system and keypad entries, as well as an enclosed courtyard.

Brookdale’s memory care programs encompass a person-centered approach to care. The two programs offered are the Clare Bridge and Solace programs. The Clare Bridge program is an exclusive brand of dementia care which was created more than 30 years ago, and continually evolves with research. Clare Bridge provides residents with six planned activities each day to promote the use of their current skills and abilities. The Solace program includes similar elements, but offers support to residents in the later stages of dementia — it provides assistance with grooming, as well as time for musical and aromatherapy activities. Visual reminders and guidance are provided through daily activities like kitchen work, baking demonstrations, and other familiar activities to help residents flourish and maintain meaningful life skills.

Brookdale’s team also offers additional support, such as transportation to doctor's appointments, when needed. Mealtimes are also scheduled, and offer opportunities for socialization and support. With easy-to-manage selections and pre-selected seating, mealtimes are designed to feel consistent and comfortable. At Brookdale Crown Point, you can find professional care and hospitality you can count on.

  • Getting The Care My Father Needs.

I have recently moved my father to this community for the level of care he needed. The community he was at before was not able to provide the level of care he needed. So far since his move he is doing pretty well. I do know he is safe, and in good hands. All the staff at this community have been great to work with. If you need this type of care, I would recommend this community.

  • High Staff Overturn

Mom is doing ok she is generally not happy being there. From the 3 weeks that I spent there along with my sister the staffing seems to be a problem there isn't enough of it. Trying to track someone down to answer a question was a challange which makes me worry a little what if my mom needs someone will they be around to help. She hates the food because they got a new cook and they prepare all the food with no taste. Overall the property seems well maintained and clean. At this current time unless things improve I would not recommend them to anyone.
