Choose from 15 apartment floor plans which differ in shape and size. If you’re not sure which unit best fits your unique needs, we can help you choose. Each apartment is designed with homelike features, but we encourage you to bring your own personal treasures to help decorate. Emergency response systems are installed in each room to promote safer living and peace of mind. Care Types Offered

Brookdale Monument Valley Park is an assisted living residence, which in the state of Colorado is a residential facility which provides personal services, protective oversight, social care due to impaired capacity to live independently, and 24 hour supervision (but not to the extent that regular 24-hour medical nursing care is required). Assisted living residences may also provide care to no more than 16 elderly persons who are mentally ill.
