Our programming takes on a deep-rooted, person-centered approach, to help ensure each experience is tailored. Our goal is to help residents preserve their dignity while finding joy and security each day. Staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to any emergencies, and we also have keypad entries for added protection. If residents need help with transportation or additional tasks, our concierge service can assist. Everything we do is designed to help you live easier, happier, and worry-free.

We emphasize the importance of choices by offering a diverse selection of studio and one-bedroom apartments. Residents can select what best fits their needs, and decorate to their heart’s desire. Many of our homey apartments include plenty of natural light and ample space, and some include stunning views of the colorful community garden. Care Types Offered

Brookdale West Ashley is a community residential care facility, which in the state of South Carolina is a facility that offers room and board and a degree of personal assistance for a period of time in excess of 24 consecutive hours for two or more residents. Included in this definition is any facility that offers a beneficial or protected environment specifically for individuals who have mental illness or disabilities and facilities that are referred to as “assisted living,” provided they meet the definition of community residential care facility.
