Our Champlin, Minn., community, nestled in a beautiful wooded setting on a hill overlooking lovely Mill Pond, offers assisted living and Alzheimer's and dementia care, so should your needs change over time, and you require memory care, you have the security of knowing you can remain here, in your home, without leaving familiar surroundings and close friendships.
Our assisted living lifestyle provides all the independence you want and a helping hand when you need it. We can get you started, perhaps in bathing, dressing or managing medications. Then we step out of the way of your daily living.
If a resident ever should need a deeper level of assistance, it's an easy transition into our person-centered memory care program, where we provide a secure, safe place that meets them where they are and allows them to flourish even with advanced expressions of the disease. While your loved one benefits from our care, you'll have peace of mind knowing there is trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Common areas are comfortable, home-like and inviting, including our spacious, bright lobby area with vaulted ceilings and skylights, a parlor with fireplace, game tables, puzzles and a comfortable seating area, and a sunlight-filled dining room that leads to an outside patio where you can relish the scenic views.

We know that moving to a new apartment is challenging, and that's why we're here to help. Your apartment - chosen by you to fit your needs - will include large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Some provide kitchens or kitchenettes. We offer the option of a friendship suite, in which two residents share accommodations.
Once you're here, you can be as active as much - or as little - as you want. We offer an engaging calendar of activities, including bridge, poker and bingo, ongoing entertainment such as polka bands and choirs from our local high school, daily chair exercise, weekly church services and Bible study with visiting pastors, and arts and crafts classes. We also offer several clubs such as our Walking Club, ladies' Red Hat Society and Bridge Club. Grab a seat on the bus for frequent outings to restaurants, shops, dinner theaters, movies and concerts in the park. With an ever-updated events calendar, there's always something to stir your interest.
