Our outdoor spaces are designed with accessibility and flow of movement in mind. The well-maintained community grounds consist of a beautiful patio, an inviting enclosed courtyard, walking paths for a peaceful stroll, and raised flower beds for residents to partake in gardening. All outdoor areas are available to residents at their leisure. Indoor common spaces are a quiet place to enjoy the company of friends or to simply sit and relax. Our main thoroughfare opens into a bright and airy gathering space, creating an inviting atmosphere. We are happy to provide a comfy TV lounge, perfect for catching the latest episode of your favorite show or enjoying the game with your friends. For more quiet pursuits, Bentley has a fully-stocked arts and crafts center, an internet-ready computer room, and a community library, complete with a diverse selection of titles bound to pique anyone's interest. We also have a swimming pool and a hot tub for relaxing away any aches of the day.

Living Options

Every aspect of our community is designed to cater to our residents’ needs. We offer modern 1-bedroom and studio units, including options designed for easy access with wheelchairs or walkers, such as roll-in showers. Rooms feature windows facing in a variety of directions, and residents are free to furnish and decorate their spaces however they wish to make sure they feel right at home. Air conditioning and heating is provided and temperatures are regulated to optimize comfort and safety. Some apartments are equipped with kitchenettes, providing our more independent residents a space to prepare their own meals. We also offer free access to cable satellite TV as well as wireless internet. For the safety of our residents in need of memory care, our community is equipped with a WanderGuard safety system.

Dining Amenities

At Bentley, there’s no need to worry about grocery shopping. We provide residents with three meals throughout the day, and snacks are also available. We love to accommodate our residents’ visiting guests, and their meals are included as well. Meals are served restaurant-style in a contemporary and classy dining hall, and private dining rooms are available for celebrating special occasions or entertaining visitors. We also offer room service if it suits you. Our fares are prepared by a professional chef who concocts a variety of nutritious and delicious meal options. We can gladly tailor our meals to meet dietary needs and preferences, such as low/no sodium and low/no sugar options.

On-Site Activities

We encourage our residents’ active lifestyles by offering a roster of curated, on-site activities to stimulate both mental and physical health. To ensure a diverse cycle of events and entertainment, we employ a full-time director of activities. Included in our curriculum are low-impact exercise options such as Tai Chi, stretching classes, and chair yoga – a type of yoga that is modified to a seated position for those with physical limitations.

We at Bentley believe cognitive stimulation is just as important as physical activity to a healthy and long life. We are pleased to offer recreational activities which inspire and promote mental well-being, such as art classes, community service programs, bible study, and regular educational lectures covering a variety of topics. For residents who are reluctant to participate in social or recreational activities, we offer pet therapy as a positive and relaxing alternative.

At Bentley Assisted Living and The Courtyard Memory Care, safety and personalized care are our top priorities. Throughout the day, our compassionate staff is available to respond to any of your time-sensitive needs. Services are provided by trained and licensed caregivers who want to see you live your healthiest life. Assistance can be provided with activities of daily living (ADLs), injection and medication administration, wound care, tube feedings, incontinence, and more. Our community is special in that we have a registered dietician as well as a massage therapist on-site. We have a doctor on-call to oversee medication adjustments, provide consultation, and respond to any urgent medical needs that arise. We also schedule regular visits from outside care providers, including dentists, optometrists, podiatrists, and occupational therapists to make sure all of our residents are healthy, comfortable, and mobile. Bentley offers respite care – a short-term stay at our community – perfect for those recovering from a hospital visit, the time during which a caregiver takes an extended vacation, or to experience a senior living trial period. We also offer hospice services when needed.

The Courtyard provides care to individuals with memory loss and behavioral issues. We ensure that our residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia are patiently well-directed and receive the needed support in living a healthy lifestyle. We offer adjunct therapies, such as reminiscence therapy, which stimulates sensory abilities to encourage memory recall.
