Colfax Manor offers a range of care services, with space for up to seven residents. The home has a high caregiver to resident ratio, ensuring that each community member receives individualized care. In addition to skilled memory care, the community offers short-term respite stays and adult day services.

Each resident or guest of Colfax Manor is offered an individualized care plan based on their needs and preferences. The community’s 24-hour care staff offer assistance with activities of daily living, as well as diabetes support, medication assistance, and more. Residents are monitored for health and wellness, and a range of medical services are available as needed. Community members enjoy three homemade meals and nutritious snacks daily.

  • Nice place, overall!

    We're very pleased with how things have gone at Colfax Manor! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly and do a great job looking out for the residents. There can be a bit of a language barrier, as a few members of the staff have fairly thick accents, but it hasn't been too much of an issue. I really like that they provide a lot of opportunities for activities outside of the community here, which include walks and trips out to local senior centers.

    Its a very small staff and only seven people in the community. Its very good because their is only a few people they have more one to one with each resident and have time to spend with.
