Royal Estates Assistive Living received certification to provide Medicaid Supportive Living Services for the 65+ senior population. This allows our residents the security of affordable assisted living with the privacy of independent apartments without having to worry about financial issues.
Supportive living is a State Medicaid program that assists residents in paying for the stay at Royal Estates. Private assisted living facilities will allow you to stay as long as you can afford. Royal Estates will work with you to get you Medicaid funding so that you can stay as long as you are able, without worrying about how you will pay the bill each month.
We offer brand new luxury suites each with its own private bath including a large roll in shower with seat, a full kitchenette with fridge, microwave and sink, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and plenty of closet space, 2 emergency call buttons.
Our all inclusive private rate for a luxury suite is a low $3,700.
Our medicaid rate starts as low as $693.00 and up, based on qualification.
