We have over a decade of combined home care experience. We are a family owned homemakers and companion service agency located in Waterbury, CT serving the entire state of Connecticut with our 24/7 Live-in service. As a family owned homemaking and companion agency we treat your love ones as our own.
We personally interview all prospective hires in person, and also run nationwide background and criminal record checks through a reputable Caregivers Criminal History Screening Program to ensure that the caregiver has never been flagged or arrested for abuse, neglect or financial exploitation. We call 3 to 4 professional and personal references for each new hire, pay for up-to-date vaccinations (e.g. hepatitis B). We also ensure any applicants pass a written test to proceed with their application process.
At Deeper View Homemakers and Companion Services, our mission is also to ensure we match our client to the right care giver to achieve a satisfying experience of meeting the client’s physical and emotional needs. We use characteristics that include personality, biorhythms (morning or evening person?), hobbies, interests and gender preferences. We also include family inputs in our decision regarding client-caregiver matchmaking.
