  • Very Nice Place

    The memory floor is very efficient. This floor is a locked down and secure floor for the residents. The majority of staff is very good to work with. Balloon playing is one of the activities offered at the community.

  • Our tour experience

    Our family had an in person tour, and it seemed dirty to us right away. It is an older facility, but there was an old dog and cat walking around on our tour. I did not mind it but our loved one was not happy. We did like how the apartment had a small kitchenette for leftovers and small snacks. Also it was laid out very well, one side of hallway was the living room, and the other side of the hallway was the bedroom and bathroom so it resembled a small apartment.

    Our tour experience

    Our family had an in person tour, and it seemed dirty to us right away. It is an older facility, but there was an old dog and cat walking around on our tour. I did not mind it but our loved one was not happy. We did like how the apartment had a small kitchenette for leftovers and small snacks. Also it was laid out very well, one side of hallway was the living room, and the other side of the hallway was the bedroom and bathroom so it resembled a small apartment.

At our initial move in the cost was cheaper than another community but now we are experiencing add on costs. They charge for every single pill your loved one needs to take. They also charge if our loved one needs "redirecting" sometimes our loved one needs help getting back to their room and they will charge for that. It kind of seems like high way robbery.

    Our families experience
