Forest Hills Place is a community with big heart, we offer personalized service for seniors needing assisted living and also memory care for those with dementia. We are located in a quiet wooded neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio just east of Forest Hill Park.

Your health and safety is a top priority to us, and we provide many services to all residents and additional services to those in our memory care areas:

  • Assistance with grooming and daily tasks
  • Scheduled transportation services
  • Caring staff on duty 24 hours daily
  • Menus that are designed by a registered dietician
  • Alarmed doors (memory care)
  • Assistance with medications
  • Enclosed patios (memory care)
  • Activities which promote cognitive skills (memory care)

    Our community offers activities to promote physical health such as a Tai Chi classes, daily exercise programs and an outdoor courtyard with walking paths and raised garden beds. We believe that fun is important; residents can enjoy a variety of activities including wine and cheese socials, cookouts, Men's clubs, live music and church services. We love going shopping downtown, spending a few hours at a favorite local restaurant and other local entertainment. We understand how special your dog or cat is so we are a pet friendly community and offer pet care.

  • Not What I Thought

    I would encourage you not to come to Forest Hills Place. There is theft of the resident's items. You have a new staff member each day, and it seems they don't have enough staff to assist the residents here.

  • Excellent place for your loved one.

    They were excellent. We experienced a very supportive and loving staff. The residents there seemed happy. And the staff were engaged in their care. My loved one loved the food, and that's coming from a picky eater. She also loved the activities. They were fabulous.

    Excellent place for your loved one.

    They were excellent. We experienced a very supportive and loving staff. The residents there seemed happy. And the staff were engaged in their care. My loved one loved the food, and that's coming from a picky eater. She also loved the activities. They were fabulous.

    It's a really clean place, and really comfortable. I love that everyone pretty much has a private suite. My only concern is if your family needs medication at a certain time, that could be an issue. We were having problems with insulin that needed administering multiple times a day. Our loved one was missing the morning dose. I think that's because they contract out for their nursing staff, so nurse availability was dependent upon that. I would have liked to know that beforehand. But the staff were all really great when they were there.
