  • Very Disappointed

    My mom moved in here in several months ago. She loves the nearby stores and shopping. When she arrived there were several items not working in her apartment . It’s stressful enough moving a senior and all these problems didn’t help. Now that things are in proper working order she’s happy in her apartment. It’s a shame Four Elms does not follow through with their activities. That is a big deal for seniors. Anything my mom is interested in is cancelled or no one shows up to lead the activity. There just aren’t enough employees or their time is not used properly. Four Elms is completely disorganized and poorly run. We were definitely sold a false bill of goods here. It’s such a shame as this could be a wonderful place if anyone cared enough to have fun and stimulating activities for these seniors.
