I didn't have any complaints. The staff were easy to deal with.

I am am very grateful for the care Heatheridge provides to my Uncle. [Name removed] went above and beyond in helping me get my Uncle moved into Heatheridge and she and her staff have continued to be very helpful w his day-to-day quality of life. He is more active now; and is in better spirits too! A big thank you to the Heatheridge Team!

I had been looking around at facilities and decided on Heatheridge Residential Care to move my mom into. My mom was hesitate (to the point of refusing) in making any kind of move. Afraid of this big change; she was scared and nervous. Now, she is so happy! Everyone there has been so helpful, patient and friendly in making her transition easy and comfortable. They are under new management and have been making tremendous positive changes which is exciting. The facility is clean and picked up. No bad smells. The food is great and I love how they make all the holidays special. The residents have several activities to choose from throughout the week. I have been so appreciative of the fact that they have encouraged my mom to join in and mingle. That has truly helped!! I would recommend Heatheridge!
