Home Sweet Home on the Hudson is located in Catskill, New York on the banks of the majestic Hudson River. The setting offers breathtaking views of the river including a changing array of interesting wildlife that flourish on our lush and beautifully landscaped 10-acre property.



With our many room options, from private rooms to luxurious suites, which all include private restrooms and showers, we are able to provide our residents all the comforts of home, without any of the cares or responsibilities.



Owned & operated by Registered Nurses, Home Sweet Home on the Hudson's professionally trained staff is available at all times to assist with any medical emergency or personal needs which may arise. Trained in emergency first aid and CPR, these professionals provide kind personal attention while recognizing each person's individuality and value. They also supervise your medications as well as obtain refills for you, interface with your local physician, make medical appointments for you and provide the necessary transportation. In addition, a geriatric nurse consultant is available seven days a week for problem-solving and age-related issues.



In an atmosphere where you can enjoy the companionship of others while maintaining your own independence, we offer delicious cuisine in a lovely scenic dining room, with gracious accommodations for individual dietary requirements and requests. We also have a full range of daily organized social and recreational activities, as well as regular field trips.
