Community Amenities and Services

Mountain Valley Manor offers a wide range of medical services for your convenience. Our friendly and professional staff is available around-the-clock to offer assistance with activities of daily living, memory care, diabetic care, and incontinence care, among other services. Multiple on-site specialists are also available, such as a dietician, podiatrist, and mental health counselor — so if the need ever arises, you’re in good hands. Also, thanks to our in-house lab, residents no longer need to leave the community to get blood work or collect samples for their physician. We can do all that for you in the comfort of our community.

Come take advantage of our savory and nutritious meals prepared three times a day in our restaurant-style dining room. With all the household chores and meal prep taken care of, you’ll have the time and energy to spend time doing the things you enjoy most.

Our full-time activities director works tirelessly to coordinate new activities to accommodate all residents’ interests. Form new friendships over a game of shuffleboard, or unleash your creativity during our many arts and crafts sessions. Off-site trips to local museums and restaurants are also planned on a regular basis. Your time is your own. We’re just here to help you make the most of it.

Living Arrangements

Mountain Valley Manor currently offers private studios and semi-private rooms. Wheelchair-accessible units are available as well. • I would highly recommend

Mountain Valley Manor is still pretty restricted but from what we can see of the community it is very clean and our loved one is always in very nice and clean clothes. He says the meals there are fantastic. Our loved one is kept very active there, so there is something for the residents to always do.

  • Honesty is the Best Policy

The owners aren't very friendly. I believe they are short staffed. I asked how much it would cost for more assistance for my loved one due to a medical condition. There are times where my loved one will have bed sores due to wet conditions. The community didn't even do a virtual visit for a doctor during COVID with the multiple medical conditions my loved one had. It is a good place, clean, and the community is nice. It is easy for my loved one to get along with her walker. The head nurse is controlling and doesn't delegate because she doesn't think anyone will do the job correctly. There is a lack of communication about things that have happened. They are starting to allow visits in the courtyard, but I didn't find out about this until a friend told me about it. My friend found about it on Facebook. My mother hasn't seen the hairdresser since February. The community still doesn't have their hairdresser back. I've made the decision to bring my mother home. The community did ask if there was anything they could do to help my mother when they found out she was leaving.

  • A wonderful place to live!

The cleanliness of this community and value are excellent. The care services are amazing. Before COVID they would have trivia time, bingo everyday, as well as entertainment come in to sing and play piano. They also had arts and crafts. We haven't eaten there ourselves, but the food always looks very appealing, My aunt loves the food, she is very a happy with it. The rooms are very comfortable, fairly good size, they all have a private bath. The general internal and external appearance is very lovely. Its a very nice place to live.
