  • It was a learning process for us. Had to pick out a facility without seeing it in person because of covid. Aids and nurses work very hard. They were short staffed. All in all not a bad place for the price. Just visit your loved ones often.

The communication was non-existeant and I was only able to speak to one person for the entire 3 weeks my loved one was there. I would not recommend this community to others based on our experience.

All of the staff members have been great and the care they provide is great as well. We did have have to recently call hospice in so there is some confusion between what hospice should be doing and what the aids should be doing. So there could just be a little more clarification for the aids. The menu looks great, but our loved one is on a pureed diet. The barriers have been lifted so the activities are coming back, and the volunteers are coming back. There is arts and crafts in the memory care, and our loved one especially likes it when they bake cupcakes because they get to decorate and eat them.
