We are a licensed 14 bed facility with 9 bedrooms, 8 with their own private bathroom, each featuring an ADA approved roll in shower. A private exterior French door provides easy access to our patio and balcony from each room. All rooms offer a wall mounted flat screen TV including cable and phone capabilities.
Our modern facility is situated on a hilltop in an upscale residential neighborhood of Vista in close proximity to local hospitals. Residents enjoy a 360 degree scenic view. A priority for us is to become a part of your family and to assure you that your loved one is well taken care of.
We can provide diet specific menus focusing on individual needs including diabetes, low sodium and gluten free as well as others ordered by the physician.
Our experienced management team as well as trained and compassionate long term caregivers pride themselves on providing superior care services, while always promoting respect and dignity for all of our residents. We build a very special bond with our seniors creating a home and family like environment where your loved one is protected and they can truly feel at ease.

  • I would recommend this home to anyone. We loved this place and I would even put my Husband here. While my Sister-In-Law was here, all of the staff members were so caring and understanding. They really try to work with you to get everything right. She really liked it when they cleaned her teeth and gave her showers. The staff members could not have helped us anymore. It’s a very clean facility and it looked like something out of a magazine. This facility is all you could ask for and more.

  • My Father is happy here but not much walking space

    I really like that this is a smaller facility and my Father is happier here. He also really likes that the staff lets him be alone except for at meals. My dad doesn’t really like to be involved with activities so the staff tends to let him be. The only thing I do not like is the facility isn’t very walking friendly. The building itself is perched at the top of a cul-de-sac and there are no places for him to be able to walk. Unfortunately, because of that my dad’s physical health is declining. I would definitely recommend this community to other families.
