We have been serving the Los Angeles community since 1983 and were founded on the desire to provide holistic care where each resident is treated like family. We know that choosing a full-time care provider is a difficult decision for many families, and we always aim to put their minds at ease with our state-of-the-art care teams and amenities. Our three-story manor houses both our independent and assisted living residents and is located near restaurants, shops, and parks for your convenience.

We are proud to offer both independent and assisted living options for residents. Both options provide assistance with general hygiene and personal tasks, and our wide range of doctors and nurses are available to all of our residents. We also specialize in memory, ambulatory, diabetic, and incontinence care and provide medication management. Our team of on-site nurses and skilled care staff are here to help ensure you are your happiest and healthiest self!
Here at Lakewood Park Manor, we take pride in the meals we provide for our residents. Our in-house chef works hard to create delicious and nutritious meals and is eager to accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have. In between meals, you may participate in a variety of activities from games to movies to arts and crafts to off site excursions. We believe in building community here, and our packed calendar of optional activities are one of the main ways we do that.
Living Arrangements
Residents have the choice between studio, one-bedroom, and deluxe one-bedroom suites. Our one-bedroom floor plans feature private balconies, and each room style is spacious, sunny, and ready for your enjoyment! Each floor plan can accommodate a hospital bed if necessary. Enjoy our indoor and outdoor common spaces in your leisure time and come make Lakewood Park Manor your new home!
Care Types Offered
Lakewood Park Manor is a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE), which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents. These facilities are also known as assisted living facilities and board and care facilities. A residential care facility may provide care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
