Newly opened in 2018, the Legacy House of Park Lane provides a premier senior living community where older adults receive assisted living and memory care services in a purpose-built, homelike environment. From our community, residents enjoy gorgeous mountain views while living within minutes of shopping, restaurants, and the University of Utah’s medical campus. Living Options and Amenities

Our variety of floor plans ensure lifestyles and preferences are accommodated to make your perfect home. Assisted living studios, one-, and two- bedroom apartments are equipped with kitchenettes, a private bathroom, safety features, and more. Care Types Offered

Legacy House of Park Lane is a Type II assisted living facility, which in the state of Utah is a facility that provides an array of coordinated supportive personal and health care services available 24 hours per day to residents. This type of assisted living may house residents who need some assistance exiting the facility during an emergency. This includes residents who have dementia or Alzheimer’s.

  • a great experience at Legacy house

    I would highly recommend this community if your loved one is mentally sound and just needs assistance. The community is very friendly but we would like to see more activities in the evening and on the weekends. If your loved one is in the in-between stage of assisted living and memory care the assisted living portion of this community is not a lockdown facility so this might not be a good fit. The director is so nice and really cares about the residence here.

    A wonderful place. Within 2 days of moving in, the entire staff new my sister by name. The staff is very dedicated to the residents. They are very communicative and friendly. They are always keeping families in the loop about the care of the resident and are constantly making an effort to make the residents lives better. When moving in, my sister wanted to have access to activities, but wanted to be selective about which ones she participated in. The staff has gone above and beyond to get her involved. During the Covid-19 pandemic and ensuing community lock-down, Legacy House has done a great job with ensuring the residents are entertained and yet also remaining safe. The residents here feel very safe here and feel very much like their health is the main priority of the care giving staff. From food delivery to care, the staff are always going above and beyond for the residents.

    Amazing Care

    In the memory care center, they gave my mother AMAZING care right up until the end of her life. They were very detail oriented when it came to knowing what she needed.
