Barton Creek Senior Living opened our doors on September 15th, 1999 and in June of 2021 finished a renovation of our already beautiful building.
We are an award-winning community recognized by the Utah Department of Health for Achievement of Excellence. We have proudly accepted the award from Best in State for the category of Assisted Living and continue to receive awards from Pinnacle Quality Insights for ratings above the National Average in 12 categories as well as receiving the Over All Customer Experience Award three times.
Barton Creek Senior Living is specialized in boutique style Senior living and exceptional customized care. Our community creates an ambiance of comfort and dignity that both residents and visitors can enjoy.
Angie Atwood, Barton Creek's Executive Director has been in the Senior Industry for 26 years. She has an understanding for individuals and their families, making them her top priority. Her belief in education and training has molded her staff into a specialized care team. Our caregivers are the best in the business with clinical excellence matched by a natural inclination to nurture. We have 62 various styles of apartments offering large kitchenettes, handicap accessible bathrooms, extra storage and ample square footage ranging from our studio apartments to our large one bedrooms. Our fine dining room offers a unique dining experience with scratch made meals from our chef’s personal recipes. Our kitchen staff and chefs personally interact with Barton Creek Resident’s and their families creating a special dining experience.
One of Barton Creek’s hidden secrets is our daily activities focused on Social, Emotional, Spiritual, Physical and Cognitive needs to enhance our residents daily lives. We provide both group and private one on one activities, outings in the greater Salt Lake City area, shopping, musical entertainers, dining and excursions to local sites.
Barton Creek also has a unique program for Veterans as well as Utah Medicaid. We work with Elderly individual’s long-term care insurance.
