Lyons Manor is an affordable 55 and over senior housing community located in historic Lyons, Wayne County, New York. The community is only a block or two from the First Lutheran Church, The Peppermint Museum, Lyons central Park, Ohman Theater, Grace Episcopal Church and the Erie Canal by the Canandaigua Outlet. The Wayne county Food Stamps office is also only a couple of blocks away, along with the Museum of Wayne County History. The community has 29 bedrooms and no more than 52 residents when fully occupied. Lyons Manor accepts Section 8 vouchers. While the community is affordable, they deliver high quality care. We offer studio and one bedroom units for our residents.
The staff at Lyons Manor is passionately committed to ensuring the residents have everything they need to live as independently as possible. No matter what the resident may request, our kind and caring staff members are there to help. Our community is staffed around the clock every single day of the year so there is always available should any need arise. Our staff forms healthy bonds with our residents, and are more like an extended family than employees. The sense of community is found everywhere in this senior housing.
