Most of our residents are not highly active, so our activities cater to their limitations. We have a full-time Life Enrichment Director who goes to each of the four homes every weekday to personally engage with each resident and oversee’s activities. Part of each resident’s care plan includes activities that they enjoy, hobbies and interests that we can incorporate into their everyday lives.
Each home has 8 private suites with ADA-compliant en-suite bathrooms that allows for a 4:1 staff to resident ratio. Manchester provides top quality care in a small, residential environment specifically designed to help our residents feel most comfortable. Almost all of our Caregivers are certified nursing assistants (CNAs) who receive ongoing extensive training, education and oversight from our director of training. Manchester is directly managed by its owners who oversee all aspects of operation and ensure that Manchester provides the highest quality of compassionate, individualized care for each resident.
We have been a licensed as Type-B Small Assisted Living since 2009. We do not have age restrictions and accept residents on a case by case basis, after an assessment by our Director of Nursing.
