Millview of Latham is an assisted living community located in the Capital District of Cohoes, New York.     We chose this community because of the location, the size of the community, it is not too big, as well as the price fit our budget. They also have different size rooms you can choose from based on what you want. They love it here, but the food is something they said that they could use some improvement on. It seems like the meals are very redundant daily. The best part about the community so far would be how accommodating they were to visitors before COVID. The staff is more than friendly and my mom said she couldn't ask for nicer people who work here. I would recommend the community.

They also seemed to be quite friendly to all the visitors as well. The assisted care they offer is good, although only up to a certain level. Definitely a community for more mobile seniors. They had activities available and did well with what they could given the varying abilities of the residents. The activities director is more than friendly, you can tell she really loves her job.
