Our modest location in Wheat Ridge, Colorado offers residents the opportunity to explore the town and comfortably relax in our quaint community.
We are suitably located in the heart of Wheat Ridge, Colorado in a Home Rule Municipality in Jefferson County. Our quaint city offers big city recreation with small town camaraderie. Whether it’s visiting the Brass Armadillo Antique Mall or picking up a specialty item at Swiss Flower & Gift Cottage, there’s an array of local attractions, businesses, and restaurants to complement everyday ventures.
Community Services and Amenities
Designed with residents in mind, Mountain Vista offers a variety of amenities and services. Make the most of your days outside on our beautiful outdoor patio, or enjoy outings with friends and neighbors. Residents can also delight in daily on-site social activities. We provide three meals a day in our communal dining room and can also serve meals within resident’s units.
Mountain Vista maintains 24-hour supportive care to help ensure the welfare of every resident around the clock. We collaborate with residents and their families to create the most effective customized plan that aligns with the specific needs and preferences of each resident. Our Health Care Center is conveniently on-site offering short term rehabilitation therapies, 24-hour nursing care, skilled memory care, specialized care plans, chaplain/spiritual care, and medical transportation.
Living Arrangements
We currently offer studio and one-bedroom units. All of our units feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, and generous common area spaces. Staff provide weekly housekeeping and laundry services. Our staff is graciously available 24 hours every day to accommodate residents as needed. Staff can be notified by residents whenever needed with 24-hour emergency systems that alert our staff to assist residents whenever activated.
Care Types Offered
Mountain Vista Retirement Community is an assisted living residence, which in the state of Colorado is a residential facility which provides personal services, protective oversight, social care due to impaired capacity to live independently, and 24 hour supervision (but not to the extent that regular 24-hour medical nursing care is required). Assisted living residences may also provide care to no more than 16 elderly persons who are mentally ill.
