  • I have peace of mind knowing my loved one is safe and well cared for when I personally can't do it myself.

    Of the places that I've looked at in the area, a big bonus here is they have 24-hour nursing care on-site. It's a clean facility and looks nice when you drive up. They take pride in the building and the landscaping. It makes you feel comfortable that this is a nice place you're taking your loved one to. It's not run down, and it doesn't smell. My loved one receives really good care. They look in on him and make sure he has everything he needs. I give them credit for their patience. I know they have a hard job, and it takes the right kind of person. They do have a bit of turnover in staff, which has been a little disconcerting. But the people they have working there are very nice. My loved one doesn't care for the food. It's not seasoned well, and there's no consistency with the menu. Again, this could be related to turnover. But he's not starving. The food is edible, it's just now what he's thinking he's getting. They seem to have plenty of activities, but they're often geared more toward women than men. It might be helpful to have more activities geared toward men to get my loved one to participate more. Overall I think its' a good place, but for as much as we pay each month, I would like to see a little improvement in the food and activities. But my loved one loves it here. He feels comfortable and safe. It gives me peace of mind knowing he's well cared for and safe, and I feel relieved that I don't have to worry. If you're looking for a nice assisted living facility in the Butler area, I would put them at the top of my list.

However, the care they are showing our loved one is amazing and they have unbelievable amount of patience. The community is very well kept, no fowl odors, it is immaculate. Our loved ones room is always well kept and the bathroom is very clean. We think the meals and dining service is very good, our loved one can be a very picky eater but he is on a good food routine and it seems to be working out just well. We have been able to see what food they serve for lunch and dinner and it looks to be very delicious, we are pleased with the dining service. They have also been very thorough with checking visitors temperatures, blood oxygen levels, giving out hand sanitize and asking if they have any covid related symptoms. We are just so impressed with this community and the staff.

However, the care they are showing our loved one is amazing and they have unbelievable amount of patience. The community is very well kept, no fowl odors, it is immaculate. Our loved ones room is always well kept and the bathroom is very clean.
