One Solution Home Care was founded in 2012 by Dawn Douglas. She uses her passion and over 26 years of experience to provide professional and compassionate home care services. She is adept in the physical, nutritional and memory care of those in need. At One Solution Home Care, family members and clients are integral to the care that we provide. Our in-home assessments include an evaluation with a team of professionals that will provide the best possible care plan that tailor fits the needs of each and every client.

Our corporate office is insured and bonded by the State of Massachusetts. We work diligently to hire only the best caregivers who all undergo a thorough background check, including a CORI* in Massachusetts along with a BCI* in Rhode Island. Our number one goal is to keep our clients satisfied by providing personalized services, along with total peace of mind. You can rest assured your loved ones are receiving the finest care possible from the most proficient caregivers available.

Our employees must successfully pass a CORI background check in MA and a BCI in RI. All prior work history is verified and evaluated. A physical and a negative Mantoux test (TB) is also required.
-We are proud of the longevity of our staff and feel confident you will be as equally impressed. We have a zero-tolerance policy for 'No-Call, No-Show.'
-Regular 'House Checks' assure that your Care Plan reflects your current needs and that all tasks are being completed.
-Our caregivers are PCAs, Home Health Aides and CNAs*.
