Tailored to seniors with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, our secured community provides residents access to superior care, tasty meals, spacious living accommodations, and engaging activities. Our main goal at Orchard Pointe is to help seniors live independently for as long as possible. In doing so we offer a personalized plan of wellness and memory support care. Community Amenities and Services

Experienced staff kindly provides services for a variety of daily tasks like housekeeping, laundry, and drycleaning, as well as complimentary transportation to local destinations. Because residents’ needs are at the top of our priority list, we offer services in memory, diabetic, incontinence, and ambulatory care, in addition to medication management. Our secured facility also has an on-site nurse, doctor, dentist, and various therapists at residents’ service. Also on site 24/7 is our certified care staff trained in accordance with the Guidelines of the Alzheimer's Association of America.

Our restaurant-style dining area features open hours so residents can eat on their own time, and fresh new menus are posted each morning detailing three well-balanced meals served daily. The rest of our secured campus is designed specifically to accommodate memory loss and features an enclosed courtyard and large walking paths lined with vibrant flowers.

Residents are free to make themselves at home in our cozy common areas. Bask in the sunlight on our outdoor patio, escape the desert heat in our indoor atrium, enjoy some friendly competition in our billiards lounge, and look sharp after a visit to our on-site salon or barber shop.

A variety of fun and engaging on- and off-site activities are offered to suit the needs of each unique resident. Our scheduled calendar of events feature options for those in assisted living, including movie nights, happy hour, montessori programs, and live musical performances, and events specific to those in memory care, such as sensory games and relaxing puzzles.

Assisted Living Center

A health care institution other than a hospital or a nursing care institution which provides resident rooms or residential units, supervisory care services, personal care service, directed care services or health-related services on a continuing basis for eleven or more persons who do not need inpatient nursing care.

Directed Care Services

Programs and services, including personal care services, provided to persons who are incapable of recognizing danger, summoning assistance, expressing need, or making basic care decisions.
