Our care specialty is focused on the memory impaired; but not only that, our resident's are revered and respected for their contribution to society as a whole as well as to their family. We pride ourselves on the ability to create a comfortable home setting for our resident's and keep them safe, happy, and healthy. In addition to the physical care that is essential to make your family member comfortable, we also find it vital to keep them emotionally and spiritually connected. As part of their safety and health services we provide them with: Personalized care, assistance with daily living, supervised medication management, 24 hour personal care, emergency response systems, and safe secure outdoor spaces. Our amenities and services also include: Nutritionally Balanced Home-Cooked meals, including special diet restrictions for those who require them, a specialized area for massages, aroma and relaxation therapy, invigorating activities and programs, housekeeping and laundry services, beauty and barber services, safe and wander controlled surroundings, and transportation for special outings. Here at Peregrine's Landing at Orchard Park we have first-rate accommodations. Each apartment includes: Emergency call 24 hours a day, modern state-of-the-art smoke and fire systems, private bathrooms, wall-to-wall carpeting, as well as cable and telephone systems which the families must arrange.

    We’re so happy with them. It's a beautiful place, and it's a secure, locked facility so your loved one can’t elope. Our loved one is making friends, has routines day to day, and is settling in. She’s sleeping through the night and getting all of her meals. She's with people who know how to handle her dementia-related issues and reroute her mind when she’s having her episodes. They're always right there with her, and they have their own dialogue in how to handle outbursts. They're excellent. I can’t say enough about them and how good they're taking care of her.

    Perigrine talks a great game They know all the key words and phrases they make lots of promises It’s all talk off a script well rehearsed and presented to you and repeated when you have concerns The doctor with traveling doctors and nurses association is a straight up bully and rude don’t try to be an advocate- it’s not pleasent Do not send any loved one here unless they are at a high level of functioning I sent a vibrant happy healthy , other than Alzheimer’s patient to this facility 3 moths later He is in sub acute care at greenfields I thought perigrine because it was small and intimate would be exceptional FAR FROM IT So much mis communication! Ask three people the same question on the floor And iPROMISE you will get three different answers Pretty sure they make it up as they go along Big Big Big Disappointment I wish I could say more

    The only reason we did not go with this community is because they did not have a private suite available for my loved one. Other than that they were great.
