  • Small Things In The Beginning But Better Now

    There were some small difficulties when moving my mom in. The refrigerator was not working properly and her cell phone is not working. A landline looks like will be better. They have gotten her to join a movie night and she is getting acquainted with her neighbors.

    Small Things In The Beginning But Better Now

    There were some small difficulties when moving my mom in. The refrigerator was not working properly and her cell phone is not working. A landline looks like will be better. They have gotten her to join a movie night and she is getting acquainted with her neighbors.

  • Not Very Professional

    Our experiences with these senior apartments have been okay. I do feel they need to be more professional when handling the residents concerns. My mother's apartment had bed bugs, and they blamed us for it. When my mother would asked about correcting the issues they were very rude to her. They are not responsive to the concerns of the residents.
