Sagebrook Senior Living at San Francisco

It's a beautiful place, but they're understaffed and don't have enough people to take care of the clients. The staff who are there are nice people. I think they know what they're doing. I think they care about their clients. But there are just not enough people. I think the living space is fine - it's a clean and safe place.

My dad is in a nice studio unit with a view of the garden. The staff is very patient and caring of my dad. There is a peace of mind knowing that my dad is watched and cared for 24 hours. Though my dad is limited in his mobility, the activities and interaction with the staff are wonderful daily social, mental, emotional, and physical stimulus. [name removed] is very supportive and encouraging as we transitioned our dad to assisted living. [name removed] is proactive in monitoring the health of my dad and getting the help he needs. The staff is now part of our family!

Sagebrook is lucky to have many staff members who are very warm, friendly, and attentive to the needs of the residents. The building was remodeled a few years ago and boasts very attractive, modern furniture and decor. The main room is very spacious with a grand piano. There are events and musical entertainment. The garden and walking path around the building are lovely, The entire place is surrounded by open space with trees, flowers and birds. It is an easy walk to Trader Joe's and shopping center. Kaiser and UCSF is just around the corner. What a hidden gem!
