We are so excited to be part of the St Paul area. Our community gives residents lots of St. Paul’s charm and history with it's beautiful craftsmanship and exquisite décor throughout the entire building.
We are located on a tree-lined avenue reinvigorated with commercial and cultural activity, close to restaurants, shopping, and transportation options. Our staff are committed to providing the highest quality of care, crafting amenities and services to create a vibrant and warmhearted home for our senior residents.
We opened our doors in late March and have welcomed many residents who are calling Seven Hills home during the unprecedented times of COVID-19. We have written policies and strict procedures in place to ensure everyone’s safety and protection in addition to every apartment being thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to a new resident moving in.
These are a few of the things our community offers:
•Studio, 1- & 2- bedroom floor plans, some with dens and balconies
•Daily programs including exercise, social opportunities, music, happy hour and cultural events
•Scheduled transportation for groceries, pharmacy pick up and shopping
•Restaurant-style dining offering 3 meals/day
•Bistro - small bites & Starbucks Coffee
•In unit washer & dryer
•Housekeeping and laundry services available
•24/7 staff in the building
•Personal care plans and medication management as needed
