  • Truly impressed with the our tour and the facility. They have done some renovations over the last year to the facility. The location, activities and the staff make this facility very high on the list of our choices.

  • Clean, well-maintained building. Street parking only, as far as we could tell. Good closet space but room is pretty small. Memory care courtyard with fans is nice. Not sure how much is done to engage self-isolating MC residents. Told that MC residents are checked on every two hours. Not fancy but seemed adequate.

    Clean, well-maintained building. Street parking only, as far as we could tell. Good closet space but room is pretty small. Memory care courtyard with fans is nice. Not sure how much is done to engage self-isolating MC residents. Told that MC residents are checked on every two hours. Not fancy but seemed adequate.

    The day to day caregivers were great. The administrative team and nurse not so good. My loved one's room wasn't the cleanest. My loved one had a TV that was to mount on the wall initially. When I went to see my loved one, they had stacked the TV on top of a nightstand and a chest. They lost the leg supports on the wheelchair, then they lost the wheelchair. The staff tried blaming the loss of the wheelchair on me for not putting my loved one's name on it, I let the community know I did put my loved one's name on the wheelchair. They then found a new wheelchair for me. I wouldn't recommend this community to anyone. There were times they didn't seem to go check on residents when I was seeing my loved one. The community isn't good at returning calls. They tried blaming this on the receptionist.
