Springwood Retirement is located in Arvada, Colorado. Settled on 15 acres of lush, landscaped gardens, our facility has maintained an award-winning home for independent living, assisted living, and memory care needs for over 30 years. We are privately and locally owned, meaning we’ve taken personal consideration into the conditions we believe are standard for exceptional senior care. We’ve also built our community with the local city in mind, considering our location to all Arvada has to offer to those in their golden years.

Springwood Retirement is a great place to retire in Arvada. With an endless amount of attractions and businesses, residents and their visiting guests will find an abundance of memories to make around town. From historic automobiles at Cussler Museum, to lovely views at Majestic View Park and Nature Center, and delicious dining at New Image, there is never a shortage of activities to enjoy in our quaint town.
On-campus at Springwood, we offer essential services and amenities that enrich every moment for our residents. We provide three delicious meals daily, with full consideration of various dietary restrictions, along with drinks and snacks. For access to physical activity, we offer exercise classes and have a fully equipped fitness area on-site. Residents also tend to enjoy camaraderie with one another by our fireside lounge, where conversation is frequent, and there’s always a quiet place to read a good book.
Springwood is a dynamic community tailored to support the daily needs of seniors that come from a variety of backgrounds. As an award-winning leader in Alzheimer’s and dementia assistance, we create personal plans for continuum care. Our dedicated and passionate staff are highly trained and licensed to assist residents with all activities of daily living, medication management, and professional cognitive stimulation.
Living
Residents of Springwood enjoy the beautiful lush gardens and courtyards that surround our living facilities—we love to maintain a natural, vibrant environment for all to enjoy. We currently have a variety of unique floor plans available. Prospective residents can choose from our studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, all of which are equipped with essential utilities and benefit from regularly scheduled housekeeping services.
