We offer a wellness program that blends medical and social models. We enhance the life of our residents by providing wellness programs, a variety of activities, socialization and personal care services. We specialize in the care of residents with diabetes and Alzheimer's as well as other types of dementia. In addition we assist with more general care needs. The facility is managed by a Registered Nurse with over 23 years of dedication, excellence and compassionate care of seniors.

    Visited 4/18/14. Met with the owner Ms. Joseph who is a RN and has run the facility for the last 6 years. Ms. Joseph relies on her medical colleagues to provide additional services- MD and Rns. The house is a rambler with licensure for 7 5 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. The home appeared some what dark and cramped. Ms. Joseph has an activity person/PT come in one-two days a week, but generally the residents just sit about. She does take them out once a week for a meal or visit to a mall. The price range of $5,000 is reasonable. The chair lfit to get up and down from the first floor to the basement creates a narrow space and may present issues for those with dept perception and/or ambulatory issues. Accepts assignment of benefits from LTC insurance.
