We pride ourselves as Santa Clarita's finest senior living community, featuring both independent and assisted living.     Our loved one is an extremely picky eater and she is loving the meals and dining service. The hair salon there also allows the residents to get manicures and pedicures which she loves, and she really loved the outside views from her apartments. We did think it was more expensive then the other communities we looked at, but they have excellent amenities. We have noticed within the past month or so that they seem to be really short staffed

    My mother lives at Sterling Canyon, the working staff that care for her are very good. The management is very bad. They never return your phone calls even, they never return or respond to emails either. I have had a billing issue for 5 months now and every time I try to contact there bill person she just ignores me. I tried calling yesterday at 10 am and they told me she was busy until 4 pm and she would call. Well she never called as usual. I am considering moving my mother from there because of this. This place doesn’t care about anything but money. Look elsewhere for your loved one.
