Welcome to The Cromwell Home. We are pleased to have you here. Our facility is located in a lovely, quiet and countryside neighborhood of Castaic-Val Verde, Santa Clarita Valley, California.
Although, it seems we are a little out of town, but it just 10 minutes to Valencia Shopping Mall, or to Henry Mayo Hospital.
Being in business since 2008 and having over 25 years experience being RN, makes us able to provide various levels of care. Also being small, just 6 non-ambulatory residents, we provide individualized, tender, loving care, witch makes us unique.
Our facility is handicapped accessible for disabled residents.
On a daily basis:
-assistance with medications administration and monitoring
-assistance with personal daily hygiene
-meals and snacks, special diets preparation
-laundry and housekeeping
-planned activities and much more...

OUR GOAL IS TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OUR RESIDENTS!!!!

  • Dad is so Happy

    My dad has lived at Cromwell home for almost 1-1/2 years and I couldn't be happier. [Name removed] and the Staff are so caring and always make sure Dad is well taken care of. He gets to walk the neighborhood with the caregivers regularly and can sit outside in the sunshine and read his paper in the mornings. This is a great home and every time I visit I am welcome.

  • A Peace Of Mind For Me

    My mother is doing much better here at this home now. She is starting to enjoy her time here. This home has really given me a peace of mind knowing she is being cared for well. It is a very nice and well maintained home. The staff is extremely helpful. They still allow me to care for her in the way I like to, but they are always there when we need some help. The meals are wonderful. Their rates fit perfect for our budget. The administration is very informative and knowledgeable. Overall everything is working out very well.

    A Peace Of Mind For Me

It is a very nice and well maintained home. The staff is extremely helpful. They still allow me to care for her in the way I like to, but they are always there when we need some help.     It was excellent my dad was there for just three day before he pass away. But over all they was friendly and nice.
