Residents receive compassionate care, in a small, country-like setting at Sunrise of Flossmoor. Our community is located on four and a half acres of gorgeous land, which features tree-lined walking paths, a peaceful stream, and a secure memory care courtyard. We can assist with a range of short or long-term care needs and provide residents with personalized memory care, assisted living services, and hospice care coordination.
We strive to make each day unique and enjoyable for residents. Our team plans a variety of engaging activities ranging from cocktail socials, beading class, or facilitating interactions with our community pet Yellow Lab — Howie. We’ve worked hard to achieve a deficiency-free annual survey for the second year in a row. This accomplishment reflects our community’s ongoing commitment to providing quality care.
Our community remains active and in the Flossmoor community. Through our “Forget Me Not” snack shop, where both residents and families support a good cause with all of the proceeds benefiting the Alzheimer's Association. Families can also find peace of mind because of our proximity to many medical facilities.

We take care of your chores, meal preparation, and more, so you can spend your days living happily. Our dining team provides three, well-balanced meals with snacks. Our staff also prioritizes communication with loved ones through a family engagement app. This allows our team to provide photos and videos of loved ones, as well as community updates. Our professional team works tirelessly to keep families informed.
Our trained team members are available for around-the-clock service needs, and a licensed nurse provides monthly wellness visits to residents. Meetings are scheduled by our staff for residents and their families to help keep everyone informed and updated. We also offer daily schedules of physical fitness, creative, social, learning, and spiritual activities.
