Dementia Specialists! We provide programs and services to residents in every stage of memory loss. As a member of Mentor for over 20 years, we partner with community resources to provide therapy and hospice services when needed.

We just opened our new "Lakeside Club" which is a social model for the early to mid stage dementia. We work hard to engage our residents in meaningful programs that help to slow down the progression of dementia.

We offer home visits and care management to anyone in Lake County and surrounding areas. We help educate family members on the special needs of residents with memory loss.

    The sales manager [name removed] really got us interested in Symphony Manor, she was so sweet and answered all of our questions. The director [name removed]did the same and really talked up the community. We really did love the place.

  • My review of Symphony at Mentor (Elegance Living, LLC)

    It feels like a brand new facility, it is spotless, shiny and clean. The staff is very welcoming and excited for families to come and visit. Our loved one says really good things about the meals and dining service, and the activities are starting to come back. The value for cost is definitely competitive, but they are doing a good job.
