We had a great tour with The Arbors, the only downfall is that they do not offer memory care at this location.

  • Very good, but you have to be the patient's advocate.

As much as they're pleasant and provide the necessary attention to the patient, I believe that their record keeping is lacking, especially in making sure records make it with the patient to the hospital. But I still give them a good rating. It's a really nice place, and they provide good care. My family member had a beautiful room, a large suite at almost half the price for the same size room at a different facility that was no help whatsoever. Know that as an assisted living facility, they aren't certified to do certain things like administering food through a feeding tube or mashing up/pureeing the food. They can chop it, but they cannot mash/puree it. Also, I never thought about and wish I had known to make sure you at least have a photo copy of any important documents/ID (copy of drivers' license, vaccination card, etc.), for elderly relatives, and that their photo ID is current. If not, your relative has to physically go into the DMV to get a new one. So just make sure that all of their records and documents are in order before you end up needing them. My family member was very happy there. I just had some struggles with lack of communication and record keeping.

  • I would recommend the place

Our loved one was only there for a couple months and while we have nothing negative to say about the community are loved one did pass away from contracting covid. They had a good environment and the first month was great and wonderful, and she was really feeling comfortable. The people were nice and she connected very well with the residents there, it was a positive experience for the short time.
