The Country Home

For nearly 30 years, The Country Home has been dedicated to promoting a safe, supportive, and active memory care community for seniors with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. We understand the stress associated with finding the best memory care home — a place that genuinely cares and supports residents. The Country Home cultivates an atmosphere of comfort, care, and an abundance of opportunities every day to help alleviate the stress of residents.

Our ultimate goal is to provide more “good days” and enhance quality of life throughout residents’ especially significant golden years. Community Amenities and Services

Our dedicated staff are available to assist residents with medication management, activities of daily living, and assurance of overall wellbeing throughout the day. To help ensure we approach care correctly, we create individualized plans catered to each resident that allows us to better understand how we can best administer care services.

On-campus, The Country Home personalizes daily activities and services to thoroughly and continually meet the different needs of each resident. We provide three nutritious meals throughout the day and promote a stimulating environment with our regularly scheduled games, nostalgic singing and dancing, and events like our Senior Ball. We believe that even if life slows down, there’s always something great in store.
