At The Estate At Hyde Park, we offer a variety of community features. Residents can enjoy regular off-site adventures and excursions. Cats and dogs are allowed in private quarters. We offer free wi-fi. Our purpose-built community has the advantage of specialized care, every aspect of the community is designed to cater to the unique needs of its residents. All meals are provided to residents. We love to accommodate visiting guests, meals included. Dining includes specialized dining programs available to residents upon request. We offer dining options such as vegetarian food and low/no sugar options. Outdoor common areas are designed with accessibility, flow, and movement for residents in mind. Our community grounds include indoor and outdoor walking paths for the pleasure and convenience of our residents, raised gardening beds available to residents during their leisure hours, and an enclosed-courtyard to enhance recreation hours. Indoor common areas are quiet and a nice place to enjoy the company of fellow residents or just relax. Our community is secured to ensure our residents are protected. Residents have access to our communal spaces including a hot tub/swimming pool, a fully-stocked arts and crafts center, and a TV lounge, perfect for catching the latest episode of your favorite show or enjoying sports programming with other residents. Staff members who speak Spanish and German are employed by the community.

Our community has 1-bedroom units, wheelchair accessible units, and studio units. Ground floor units are available. We have free wi-fi for all of our residents. To accommodate our residents our community has air conditioning and temperatures regulated to optimize the comfort of our residents. Resident quarters featuring roll-in and wheelchair accessible showers are available.

With a beautician onsite, residents can receive beauty treatments for all occasions. We offer devotional services onsite, so residents can practice or worship in the privacy of our community. Our residents may schedule medication and care activities reminders. At our community we offer adjunct therapies, such as reminiscence therapy that will stimulate sight, sound, smell, and touch faculties to encourage memory recall and the general enjoyment of sensory experiences. Additionally, we offer sensory-based programming (like snoezelen therapy) that creates relaxing and stimulating spaces for residents coping with anxiety or agitation. Our lobby has a dedicated concierge to handle basic needs or the immediate needs of your visitors. All services are delivered by licensed practitioners on staff 24/7. A visiting dentist pays regular visits. We recruit first-class visiting podiatrists whose job it is to ensure our residents are happy, fit, and mobile. Regular visits from specialized occupational therapists are available to residents to aid development, recovery, improvements, and maintenance of skills needed for daily living. Our community has services such as medication or injection administration by trained nurses (always in compliance with physician orders), ADL assistance, and insulin injections. Services include incontinence care for bladder-related and bowel-related symptoms. Our facilities are secure and the staff is specially trained in de-escalating exit-seeking behaviors. We take residents with behavioral issues, our staff is specially trained in de-escalating behavioral episodes and our facilities are equipped to fully handle issues.

Our community is licensed for 95 residents. The building was built in 2012. We accept residents from the age of 50 and above. Local fireman, policeman, and EMT services are nearby and ready to respond. Our community is located near a college and interaction with students who reside in the neighborhood is encouraged. The neighborhood is nearby local churches, shopping centers, and beautiful parks. Hotels are conveniently located near the facility for residents' guests and visitors.
