The Peaks is managed by The Goodman Group, a Minnesota based company with more than 50 years of experience developing and managing senior living and health care communities, residential communities, and commercial properties.
We offer independent living, assisted living, memory care, and a variety of other services such as respite care, hospice, rehabilitation, and long-term care. Staff is available 24-hours to assist you with daily living activities at an additional monthly fee, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication management.
Take advantage of community amenities such as our salon, computer center, and community auditorium. Grab a book at the library and reading room, and enjoy it as you lounge on the outdoor patio and picnic areas. Head to the fitness center for a workout, and relax your muscles at the indoor pool and spa. The Peaks is an assisted living center that provides directed care services. In the state of Arizona, these terms are defined as follows:
- Assisted Living Center
- A health care institution other than a hospital or a nursing care institution which provides resident rooms or residential units, supervisory care services, personal care service, directed care services or health-related services on a continuing basis for eleven or more persons who do not need inpatient nursing care.
- Directed Care Services
